The traditional way of learning Reiki is at three levels. For those wishing to learn Reiki to Reiki Master level I recommend that the workshops are completed over approximately 18 months, so that you can consolidate your knowledge and gain some experience of working with the energy before starting to teach others.

About the workshops
Reiki 3 - Master LevelReiki 3 is broken into two levels - Advanced Practitioner (3A), and Master Teacher (3B).
The Advanced Practitioner level is for those who wish to deepen their knowledge and experience of Reiki. The Master Teacher level is for those who wish to teach Reiki, and at this level you are attuned and taught how to attune others in the Usui Reiki method.
I recommend a period of at least 6 months between Reiki 2 and 3, so that you can consolidate your knowledge and practice, and commit yourself to Reiki by making it a regular part of your life. I believe that Reiki is not just a journey but a way of life.
Reiki 3A, Advanced Practitioner
A minimum of 6 months practice is expected between Reiki 2 and Reiki 3A. This is a 2 day experiential, certificated workshop and will allow you to develop your skills and practice.

You will be given a full manual covering all the information you need to understand and a notebook to diarise your healing sessions in.
You will be expected to submit 4 case studies and have used some of the additional tools you have been taught on those clients. Full support is offered by Sarah after completion of the workshop by telephone or email.A follow-up session will be arranged at about 1 month after the workshop to discuss your healing experiences. Further follow-up will be arranged for 3 months after the workshop by which time the case studies should have been submitted to Sarah for Assessment. You will be encouraged to attend Sarah's Reiki shares in order to share your experiences and enhance your skills.
Investment £250, a £50 non-returnable deposit is required to secure your place on the workshop. It is advisable to book your place early as places are limited.
Reiki 3B, Master Teacher will allow you to teach and attune students. Since July 2010 there has been a national requirement to have a recognised teaching qualification. You may also need to gain a recognised teaching qualification to teach people to teach - for example PTLLS (Preparing to Teach in the Life Long Learning Centre).This is a 2½ day experiential, certificated workshop.

You will be given 1 comprehensive manual covering all the information you need to understand, to be able to work as a Master Teacher.
You will also be given a notebook to diarise your healing and teaching sessions in.
You will be expected to prepare and teach part of two of Sarah's workshops. Full support is offered by Sarah after completion of the workshop by telephone or email and during workshops that you are teaching. A follow up session will be arranged at about 1 month after the workshop to discuss your healing experiences and preparation for teaching. Further follow up will be arranged as required in order to ensure you feel confident to teach Reiki. You will be expected to attend Sarah's Reiki shares in order to share your experiences and enhance your skills. You will also be expected to prepare and run a Reiki share.
Investment £300, a non-returnable deposit of 75 pounds is required to book your place on this workshop. It is advisable to book early as places are limited. Payment for any of my workshops may be made by cash, cheque or BACS payment. Please contact Sarah for more information
My workshops are designed to be informative and fun as well as equipping you with the confidence to use your Reiki skills after each workshop. Workshops are held in the Bedford area and are limited to 6 places for each workshop. I am happy to teach on a one to one level if you prefer, please contact Sarah for more details. I provide as much support as each student requires both during and after each workshop has been completed and will be your Reiki Master for as long as you require my skills and support. All workshops incorporate theory and practice and include meditation. I now also run a Reiki Mentorship Programme which is evolving into a modular programme. This is so that students wishing to develop their knowledge and skills may do some or all of the modules in order to increase their self-confidence and skills with working with the Reiki energy.

Reiki refresher day
The Reiki refresher day came about after several people attuned to Reiki wanted to refresh their skills as they hadn't used them for some time. A Reiki refresher day may be done for any level of Reiki and will be tailored to the needs of those people attending. Please contact Sarah to discuss your needs.
You will be given a copy of both my Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 manuals (depending on what level you are attuned to) and a notebook to diarise your healing experiences in. Sarah will offer support by telephone and email. You will be encouraged to attend her Reiki shares to develop your practice further.
Investment £70, a £30 non-returnable deposit will be required to secure your place.
