An introduction to Crystals and Crystal healing
This is a one day experiential workshop designed to introduce you to crystals and their healing properties. The workshop will include: An introduction to the mineral kingdom Crystal formation, Quartz crystals, Crystal devas, The healing power of crystals, Crystals and Colour, The chakras, The aura and its layers, Crystals and the chakras, Putting a crystal Chakra set together, Choosing your crystals, Cleansing your crystals, Activating and programming your crystals, Grounding and protection, Using a crystal dowser, using crystal wands, using crystals for healing, Crystal layouts, Crystal meditations.

Sunday 5th February 2012, 10am until 4pm.
Sunday 11th March 2012 10am until 4pm. The investment is £60 (£20 deposit required on booking) which includes a manual and crystal meditation CD - please contact Sarah. There will be a range of crystals, crystal chakra sets and crystal dowsers for you to purchase on the day should you wish to.

Using crystals with Reiki
An experiential workshop for those people attuned to Reiki 2 or above who would like to incorporate crystals with Reiki. This workshop is also included in the Reiki Mentorship programme. Workshop includes:
An introduction to the Mineral Kingdom
Cleansing, connecting with and programming your crystals
Groups of Crystals for each Chakra
Using your intuition with Crystals
Using a Dowser to confirm which crystal to use during a treatment
Using Crystal wands
Crystal Layouts
Crystal meditations

Reiki share
These are held twice a month from 7.30pm until approx 9.30pm. It is an opportunity for anyone attuned to Reiki to come and share experiences and Reiki. Each Reiki share is now themed so that there is an on-going opportunity for learning as well as doing a meditation together and sharing Reiki. Investment £5 per person, per session. Please contact Sarah if you would like to come along.

Reiki parties / Pamper events
An ideal opportunity to learn more about Reiki and experience a Reiki taster session. Sarah is available to do these in your own home with a group of friends or for events such as Ladies evenings, fetes etc. Fee £5 for 15 minute session or £8 for 20 minute session. Sarah has a network of Therapists who may also be available to offer treatments such as Reflexology tasters, massage tasters, crystal healing tasters, beauty treatments.
