New Workshops for 2010Play to Grow Workshops
These are a series of 3 Psychic development workshops designed to develop your intuition in a fun way. They are also designed to do as stand alone workshops or for you to experience and enjoy all three.
In all 3 workshops you will learn how to :
Ground and centre yourself
Open and close your chakras
Call in your Guides to help you
Workshop 1 looks at how to interpret Oracle cards, including Angel, Fairy and Tarot cards by saying what you see.
Workshop 2 will help you to link in to an object and provide information and messages from the person it belonged to.
Workshop 3 will help you to link in to photographs and provide information and messages from that person.
Fee for each workshop £25; if you commit to all 3 and pay for them together then the fee is £60

Celtic Reiki Level 1
This form of Reiki works with the energies of specific trees and shrubs and is channelled from the root chakra up rather than from the crown chakra down as in Usui Reiki.

Scanning Techniques
This workshop is designed for those who already have some experience of working with the Reiki energy. You can move through the levels of Celtic fairly quickly if you are already attuned to another form of Reiki but will still need a period of adjustment to allow you to adjust to the new energies coming in and to consolidate the information and knowledge you have gained of Celtic Reiki.

An introduction to Crystals and Crystal healing workshop
This is a one day workshop designed to introduce you to crystals and their healing properties. The workshop will include:
An introduction to the mineral kingdom, Crystal formation, Quartz crystals, Crystal devas, The healing power of crystals, Crystals and Colour, The chakras, The aura and its layers, Crystals and the chakras, Putting a crystal Chakra set together, Choosing your crystals, Cleansing your crystals, Activating and programming your crystals, Grounding and protection, Using a crystal dowser, using crystals for healing, Crystal layouts, Crystal meditations.

Meditation for Beginners
These workshops are designed for the absolute beginner. Learn how to relax and empty your mind so that you can incorporate meditation into your daily routine.
The series of workshops will include:

Relaxation techniques - learn how to empty your mind and tune into your body
Deep breathing techniques and Deep breathing meditation

"I have just completed a meditation course for beginners with Sarah. We were a group of 5 and were made to feel relaxed and at ease. The course was held in a cosy log cabin. Our first lesson covered relaxing and clearing our minds in order to meditate. We soon moved onto guided meditations led by Sarah. By the end of the course we were meditating with pictures and crystals. The course was interesting and very informative, the course manual was easy to read, with questions to answer at the end of each session on how we felt and our experiences. Reiki Meditation
Series of 4 workshops for those attuned to Reiki 2 or above who would like to learn how to use Reiki with their meditation practice. Workshops to include:
The importance of making meditation part of your daily practice
Incorporating meditation with Reiki
Meditating on the Reiki symbols and guided meditation with Reiki

Using crystals with Reiki
Experiential workshops for those people attuned to Reiki 2 or above who would like to incorporate crystals with Reiki.
Workshops to include :
An introduction to the Mineral Kingdom
Cleansing, connecting with and programming your crystals
Groups of Crystals for each Chakra
Using your intuition with Crystals
Using a Dowser to confirm which crystal to use during a treatment

Spiritual Book Club.
This is something new that I have decided to set up, as I keep being asked to recommend spiritual books for people to read, to help them to develop their knowledge and spirituality. It's an opportunity for like-minded people to get together and discuss a book a month, and then for people within the group to recommend another book to read and discuss at the next group meeting. It doesn't matter whether you have already read any of the books - it's always good to read something more than once, as there is always something new to learn, and it's a great opportunity to discuss your thoughts and ideas on the concepts and information within the book with other people, giving you different perspectives on the information.
This will be held monthly, on the second Thursday of the month, 7.30pm to approximately 9.30pm.

As places are limited please contact me to secure your place. Once the places are filled I will run a waiting list until I have enough people for a second group. I intend to get several groups up and running over the coming year. For more details regarding the book club and venue, please contact me.
Private Readings
I am available for private psychic readings. I use Tarot, Angel and Fairy cards and use my Mediumship skills as well. Please contact Sarah for more details and to arrange for a reading . A full in depth reading is £30.
Reiki share
These will be held every 6 weeks from 7.30pm until approximately 9.30pm - please see dates below. This is an opportunity for anyone attuned to Reiki to come and share their experiences and share Reiki with each other.
Dates: 17th June, 15th July, 19th Aug, 16th Sept. 7.30pm
There will be a nominal charge of £2 to cover refreshments. Please contact me if you would like to come along, and for venue details.
Vouchers for Reiki

Reiki parties
Are you interested in finding out more about Reiki? Why not have a Reiki Party so that you and your friends can find out how Reiki can benefit all areas of your life.
Sarah will do a short talk about Reiki followed by 15 minute Reiki tasters for anyone who wants to experience Reiki. The fee for each Reiki taster is £5, but for the hostess is free. A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 people per party. Anyone commiting to a series of treatments on the night will be eligible for an additional discount.

Tarot parties
I am a clairsentient medium and read tarot. I also do psychometry (reading the energy of objects such as jewellery) and work on both a psychic and clairsentient level.
Why not have a tarot and or psychometry party with your friends! Just £10 for a 30-minute reading (maximum 6 people).

"I contacted Sarah in November with the plan of having a Tarot Card Party in December. Sarah was very flexible and accommodating with the dates and I booked a party for the middle of December. There were myself and 5 others who had our cards read and we were all really impressed.
