Celtic ReikiCeltic Reiki is a wonderful earth energy which works with the energy of trees and shrubs and is channelled up through the root chakra rather than down through the crown chakra. It produces results similar to Usui Reiki and is influenced considerably by the energy techniques of the Celts. The entire Celtic Reiki system isn't yet known. It was discovered by Martyn Pentecost, a British Reiki Master who discovered a huge Silver Fir tree that had been hit by lightening and split in two. He noticed that one half of the tree was ok and the other was dying and sensed a huge loss by the living part of the tree. He decided to channel Reiki to the living part of the tree but felt a resistance. He then asked his guides to help him and was told to Reiki the dying part of the tree. He felt a transfer of energy with a vibration that was unlike anything he had ever felt before. He could feel its energy, wisdom and its love. He was then guided to give this energy to the living part of the tree. Once the energy stopped flowing he channeled Usui Reiki to the fallen part of the tree again to assist in its healing. His guides told him that it was very grateful and that he would be helped to show people to "see" with this particular type of energy. This experience led him to a journey of discovery of the energies of many trees and shrubs which is now known as the system of Celtic Reiki. As we work more and more with these energies we will be shown and guided to use more of them.
Karuna Ki Reiki
Karuna Ki is the Way of Compassion and was developed by Vinny Amador from his practices with Karuna Reiki and the Karuna symbols. Karuna Ki is the connection to and becoming the embodiment of compassion and love to those that we heal, ourselves and to all of creation. When healing we endeavour to reflect love and compassion to the whole universe not just those we are healing. Karuna Ki is offered as a healing art and spiritual practice and is a heart centred healing which works best with the focus of love and compassion on all creation. It is designed to cultivate compassion. It is no better than Usui Reiki and with regular use of the energy and meditation, whichever form of Reiki you use your capacity to handle the energy increases as does your vibration.
Karmic Reiki
This system of Reiki specializes in the concept of Karma and issues which arise from negative karmic events. The law of attraction says that what ever you put out you get back so if you put love out you will get love back if you are hateful you will find hate in others. Sometimes we bring through these vibrations from one life to the next. If we don't learn how to attract positive things to us then the negative vibes we have brought through will attract more and more negativity, sometimes becoming quite serious situations until we learn our lessons. We can bring energy objects through from one life to the next in our aura (which aren't real, they are just pretending to be objects) but they can work their way closer and closer to the body until they enter through the chakras and cause a physical dis-ease. There is no scientific proof for this however; shifting these karmic negative issues with Reiki has been known to heal physical illness which orthodox medicine has been unable to deal with. In fact I witnessed a friend having a rope removed from the aura around her neck. She had never been able to wear polo-neck jumpers or have anything tight around her neck - once she was told she had been hanged in a previous life and she had a rope around her neck in her aura she understood why she didn't like anything tight around her neck. It no longer served her so was able to be removed.
