The traditional way of learning Reiki is at three levels. Reiki 1 teaches you how to heal yourself, family and friends. Reiki 2 teaches you how to heal other people and enables you to send Reiki to people, situations and the past. Reiki 3 is split into two parts. About the workshops
Reiki 1An experiential 1 day workshop where the main focus is self-healing. Self-healing enables you to get used to the feel of the energy being channelled through you, whilst strengthening your own aura. By optimising your own energy field, you are then able to start channelling Reiki to others. To be a healer you need to have healed yourself first before working with others. This of course is a life long process!

Reiki 1 Attunement
You will be given a full manual covering all areas you need to understand and a notebook to diarise your self treatments. Full support is offered by Sarah after completion of the workshop by telephone or email.A follow up session will be arranged at about 1 month after the workshop to discuss your self-healing experiences. You will be encouraged to attend Sarah's Reiki shares in order to share your experiences and enhance your skills.
Investment £120, a £30 non-returnable deposit required to secure your place. It is advisable to book early as places are limited.
Reiki 2 - Practitioner levelReiki 2 is for those wishing to deepen their understanding of Reiki, and is the level whereby you start channelling energy to others, including plants, animals and situations. Here, you are also taught how to send distant healing. It is also useful for those who do not wish to become practitioners as it enables you to send Reiki to the past to heal any issues, which are still affecting you, or to the future to help you deal with difficult circumstances.
A minimum time lapse of 3 months is recommended between Reiki 1 and Reiki 2 in order for you to consolidate what you have learnt. However this is not a hard and fast rule and if you wish to do it sooner please contact Sarah to discuss your requirements.
This is a 1-day experiential, certificated workshop with 2 case studies to be completed within 3 months of the course for those wishing to be practitioners.

You will be expected to complete 2 Case studies on clients to gain your certificate. Full support is offered by Sarah after completion of the workshop by telephone or email.A follow up session will be arranged at about 1 month after the workshop to discuss your healing experiences. Further follow up will be arranged for 3 months after the workshop by which time the case studies should have been submitted to Sarah for Assessment. You will then be able to work as a Reiki Practitioner.
You will be encouraged to attend Sarah's Reiki shares in order to share your experiences and enhance your skills.
